Frisco ISD’s Future-Ready Framework is a set of conditions that should exist for all students. The framework guides the work of our campuses in developing future-ready learners. 

At its core, the framework focuses on the long-term growth, development and success of the whole child. It emphasizes a school-wide approach to ensuring students are healthy, safe, engaged, supported and challenged. 

The result is a learner who is not only academically prepared for their future but also possesses a set of skills that enables them to embrace challenges, collaborate, innovate, communicate, contribute and respond to whatever their future holds.

The Future-Ready Framework is a building block of the District’s continuous improvement efforts, dynamic organizational strategy and local accountability system.
